The investor visa (Tier 1): You can appeal for a UK Tier 1 Investor Visa if you desire to invest a minimum of £2,000,000 in the UK, and you are a non-EEA and non-Swiss national. You can stay in the UK with a Tier Investor Visa for up to three years and four months. You can also lengthen the visa for an additional two years.

The representative of a Foreign Business visa: You can appeal for a Representative of a Foreign Business visa if you are from outside of the EEA and Switzerland. It would help if you came across one of the following:

  • You are the solitary representative of a foreign business which is planning to start a branch in the UK or an only preserved subsidiary for a foreign parent company.

This visa allows you to remain in the UK for an initial period of 3 years. You can then appeal for an extension of two years. Afterwards five years in the UK, you can request for a settlement visa.

Turkish Entrepreneur visa: Turkish citizens that wish to begin a new business in the UK or to help run an established business in the UK require to apply for a Turkish Entrepreneur visa. There is no visa charge, and the initial legalized period of stay is for one year.  The candidate can then extend the permit for an additional three years.
